On-site Medical  Services
This service allows for employees who have the need or desire to monitor key indicators of their health status to receive the testing at their workplace.  On-site services include blood draws, finger sticks, blood pressure, body mass index, and vaccine administration. 


Drug Testing
All we need from you is the donor’s name and contact information.  We handle everything from there, including providing you with a copy of the results, as well as a letter from our Medical Review Officer (MRO).  If there is a positive result, our MRO conducts a phone interview with the donor and provides his opinion in writing as to reason for positive result. 


Pre-placement Exams
Our medical staff will provide physical examinations for employees who are new to an organization.  The examinations may be designed to meet individual companies’ needs and job requirements. 

Exams Required for Work Visas
We offer customized exams and testing to meet requirements of hiring company or Visa requirements. 


Occupational Testing
CHM performs specialized testing for substances such as lead, mercury, and arsenic. 


Travel Medicine
We provide consultations for international travel with services including immunizations and travel-related prescriptions.  CHM also offers pre- and post- travel exams. 


Immunizations
Routine vaccines, as well as all travel vaccines, are offered by CHM.  Travel specific vaccines include yellow fever, typhoid, and Japanese Encephalitis.  The rabies vaccine for pre- and post exposure is also available.
